Job summary

GS Group is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the United States to support pre-sales activities by translating customer requirements into technical solutions and serving as the primary link between sales, engineering and product teams to ensure viable, customer-aligned outcomes. You will work remotely within the US, with occasional travel to conferences and site tours when needed.

Salary: Up to $200,000 base Salary + Bonus

GS Group is supporting our client in the search for a Solutions Engineer. The role will focus on providing technical pre-sales support, translating customer requirements into technical solutions, and acting as the key link between the sales, engineering and product teams to ensure solutions are technically viable and aligned with customer needs.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to interpret customer technical requirements - Flow rates, water temperatures, pressures and translate them into product specifications
• Mechanical Engineering background
• Previous experience from a recognised CDU or Liquid Cooling company would be a massive plus
• Must be able to build relationships, and be comfortable in a customer facing environment
• Remote within US, but able to attend conferences and site tours when needed
