We’re working with a fast-scaling generative AI startup based in San Francisco that's reshaping how developers build with next-gen multimodal models. Backed by top-tier investors and led by pioneers in real-time AI and human-avatar interfaces, this team is building the infrastructure that powers the future of intelligent video and communication tools.

They’re now looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their core go-to-market and platform enablement team. This is a high-impact, technical role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems at their root, and enjoys helping other developers succeed.

• Be the unblocker – Don’t just respond to tickets. Your mission is to eliminate developer friction before it starts.
• Debug fast and well – Troubleshoot API requests, logs, webhooks, and customer codebases. Solve problems decisively and clearly.
• Own technical enablement – Guide customers from first API call to full production rollout. Help both self-serve and enterprise teams architect clean, scalable integrations.
• Think like a user – Identify patterns in support issues and proactively fix them. Improve documentation, build sample code, and work cross-functionally with engineering to solve root problems.
• Scale yourself – Build scripts, automation, and documentation so your future self never answers the same question twice.
• Build resources – Write sample apps, create integration templates, and record developer-friendly how-to content.
• Optimize for zero – Aim for near-zero time to resolution. Every support inefficiency is a growth opportunity.
• Scrappy and resourceful – You don’t wait for permission or perfect specs. You find a way forward.
• Multi-tasking master – You can juggle multiple customers, issues, and projects without letting anything slip.
