Job summary

INOVANCE Automotive seeks a technical interface for the US market to liaise with customers and provide solution support for electric drive unit products. You will work with the US sales team to drive customer development and ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires strong English communication, familiarity with e-motor and drive unit systems, and solid project management in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Familiar with electric drive unit structure (e-motors, reducers, housings, bearings, cooling).
• Solid project management capabilities including planning, risk management and cross-team driving.
• Fluent English; Chinese language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical interface for US customers, handling technical communication, requirement clarification and solution design for electric drive unit proposals.
• Interpret customer requirements and specifications, perform feasibility analysis and deliver technical solutions.
• Collaborate with US sales to support customer development, pre-sales discussions and business activities.
• Participate in project management: solution planning, risk control and execution driving.
• Coordinate R&D resources from China headquarters to support troubleshooting and closed‑loop resolution of issues.
• Gather US market requirements, regulatory policies and competitor updates for feedback to product planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical interface for US customers, in charge of technical communication, requirement clarification and solution design for electric drive unit product proposals.
• Interpret customer requirements and technical specifications, complete requirement breakdown, feasibility analysis and technical solution deliverables.
• Collaborate with the company’s US sales team (currently one sales member) to support customer development, pre‑sales technical discussions and business activities.
• Participate in project management: solution planning, risk control and execution driving.
• Coordinate R&D resources from China headquarters to support troubleshooting and closed‑loop resolution of technical issues for customer projects.
• Gather US market requirements, regulatory policies and competitor updates, and provide feedback for product planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines (mechanical focus).
• Familiar with the structure and technical background of electric drive unit products (e‑motors, reducers, housings, bearings, cooling systems, etc.).
• Solid project management capabilities including planning, risk management and cross‑team driving.
• Language: Fluent English, Chinese language is a plus
