Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Software Development, technical or science related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience designing, modifying, and developing software programming applications and frameworks.
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge of product pipeline, software tools, and processes surrounding it.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills; ability to present technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of product offerings and platforms.
• Experience in a customer facing role; blend of technical savvy and sales/business acumen.

• Provides customer product demonstrations in collaboration with internal sales teams, focusing on product capabilities and dependencies, integration, and installation timelines.
• Assesses customer requirements, ensuring products align with prospective customer expectations and needs.
• Advises internal sales teams on product updates and valuable features to showcase.
• Ensures smooth integration and installation of contracted products; align contract and technical requirements.
• Counsels customers on how offered products fit into their current ecosystem.
• Collaborates with internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights and enhancements.
• Acts as the technical point of contact with customer prospects throughout the sales process.
• Maintains technical expertise on product functionality and practical applications; participates in product tests and release builds.
• Serves as liaison between internal teams and customers during installation; supports implementations, trainings, integrations, and escalation needs.
• Collaborates with internal teams in creating configuration tools.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
