Job summary

IGT in the United States seeks a technically skilled sales support professional to run customer product demonstrations, align offerings with client needs, and advise internal sales on product updates and features. You will ensure smooth integration and installation of contracted products while translating customer requirements into actionable insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or software development and 2–5 years of software design or development experience; you will

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Software Development, or related field required.
2–5 years designing, modifying, and developing software applications.
Strong understanding of product offerings and platforms.
Experience in a customer-facing role with mix of technical and sales acumen.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates products with internal sales, focusing on capabilities, integration, and timelines.
Assesses customer requirements to align products with needs.
Advises sales teams on product updates and features.
Ensures smooth integration and installation of contracted products.
Counsels customers on fitting offerings into their ecosystem.
Translates customer feedback into product insights with internal teams.
Acts as technical point of contact throughout the sales process.
Maintains technical expertise and participates in test builds.
Liaises between teams and customers during installation; supports trainings and integrations.
Supports configuration tools development.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
