Job summary
General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Director, Solutions Architect for the IHS CTO to lead development of solutions for proposals in the Intelligence market, interfacing with clients on a pre-proposal basis.
You will develop and explain use-cases, architect designs, and recruit and guide staff to ensure compelling, compliant responses. You will recruit and lead staff, develop use-cases, architect designs, author technical volumes, and guide proposal teams; the role requires
Qualifications
- 20+ years of related experience.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a poly clearance strongly preferred.
- BS in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution strategy across the Capture and Proposal lifecycle.
- Develop and articulate technical win themes and solution readiness plans.
- Engage customers to shape acquisitions and socialize vetted solutions.
- Develop architectural models, diagrams, staffing plans and other artifacts.
- Author proposal sections and coordinate reviews.
- Coach junior architects and ensure integration of technical solution with proposal.
