Entrust is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Delivery to lead a team of Systems Integrators delivering complex identity-centric security solutions. You will guide integration projects, manage risk, and communicate with customers, sales, and engineering to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires hands-on delivery experience and strong leadership to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction across multiple projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in systems integration, software implementation, or related technical field.
• 3+ years leading technical professionals in a customer-facing delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts, infrastructure, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Systems Integrators delivering Entrust solutions.
• Ensure delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee multiple projects with risk management and escalation handling.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Promote standardized deployment practices and reusable knowledge assets.
