Job summary

Autodesk, through its Operations Solutions division, seeks a Manager of Integrations Delivery to lead a team delivering client-facing integration services and configurations. Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services or systems integration delivery.
• 2+ years leading a team of consultants.
• Experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with APIs, middleware, iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo).
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent communication and client relationships.
• Understanding of delivery metrics (utilization, billable hours, CSAT).
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants responsible for delivering implementation and configuration of integration solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of consultants across multiple client projects and workstreams.
• Ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and integration best practices.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for client and internal delivery issues related to integration scope and execution.
• Partner with integration solution consultants to ensure alignment of consultant deliverables with solution design.
• Monitor consultant utilization, productivity, and professional development, ensuring capacity planning aligns with demand.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and support career development for integration consultants.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership to support scoping, resource planning, and pre-sales activities.
• Support quality assurance and post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement and an innovative mindset with the team for tools and processes finding efficiencies and ways to automate.
