Job summary

Placements.io is building the operating system for advertising, seeking a Solutions Consultant to work with client stakeholders to implement the Placements platform.

You will tailor demonstrations, map requirements to system capabilities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployments across diverse projects from discovery to training. This role reports to the VP of Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hands-on professional services, enterprise product implementation, or related roles.
• Experience with growth-stage SaaS, management consulting, or tech consulting preferred.
• Experience leading full-cycle SaaS implementations with stakeholders.
• Ability to map business requirements to system/technical solutions.
• Experience with cross-functional rollout projects and client communication.
• Admin level experience in Salesforce.com, Dynamics CRM, Zendesk, Intercom, Netsuite, Workday or Oracle.
• SQL, data management and data mapping experience.
• Bonus: Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients' business and technology stakeholders to implement solutions on Placements platform.
• Provide consultative recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Ensure solution design and deliverables meet acceptance criteria with the client.
• Configure and present tailored product demonstrations and end-user training.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer success and advocate for the client.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and translate business needs into technical solutions.
