MaintainX is seeking a Solutions Consulting engineer to lead OT integrations for customer sites in the US. You will demo OT connectors live (Ignition, Kepware, MQTT) using the prospect’s equipment and data, and map data sources to the right connectors before deals close.

You’ll partner with Sales, Implementation and Product to scope integrations, work with Operations and IT on technical briefs, and travel to on-site visits as needed. Daily English communication with customers is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, implementation, integrations or similar).
• Experience running several evaluations simultaneously with attention to technical details.
• Experience designing or supporting API-based integrations, data workflows or automation.
• Direct exposure to manufacturing or industrial operations on the plant floor.
• Ability to explain data flows to both operations and IT in the same meeting.
• Hands-on with Ignition, Kepware, MQTT or OPC UA.
• Experience with integration tools (Workato, Boomi, Tray.io) or ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).
• Background in condition-based or predictive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OT discovery with operations and controls teams and map data sources to connectors.
• Demo OT connectors live using customer's equipment and data before closing deals.
• Scope integrations with Implementation and Professional Services to ensure live deployments.
• Partner with Solutions Architects on custom OT work beyond built-in connectors.
• Log recurring integration requests as product feedback for roadmap alignment.
• Collaborate daily with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Implementation, Product and R&D, and coach sellers.
• Serve as primary OT contact at six months; by twelve months, connectors are live and feedback informs roadmap.

• This role sits on the Solutions Consulting team, working alongside Sales, Implementation and Product
• You will be the integration specialist for operational technology (OT): the person who shows plant and facility teams how MaintainX connects to the systems that run their machines, including our OT data connectors for Ignition,Kepware, and MQTT, and wireless vibration
• If a prospect’s equipment data lives in a SCADA or historian layer, you are who the deal team calls
• You will own the technical story for every deal where a customer’s machines, sensors and control systems need to connect to MaintainX
• Run OT discovery with operations and controls teams, then map their data sources to the right connector so scope is clear before the deal closes
• Demo the OT connectors live, using the prospect’s own equipment and data so buyers see their plant in MaintainX, not a slide
• Scope integrations jointly with Implementation and Professional Services, so every integration is sold alongside the right services and goes live as promised
• Partner with Solutions Architects on custom OT work the pre-built connectors don’t cover, and hand off a clear technical brief
• Log recurring integration requests as product feedback, so the connector roadmap follows what customers actually ask for
• You will work daily with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Implementation, Product and R&D, and coach sellers on when to pull you in
• At six months, you are the first call on every OT conversation. At twelve, the connectors you’ve demoed are live at customers and your feedback has shaped what we build next
• This role is responsible for managing and supporting a customer portfolio based primarily in English-speaking markets (US/English Canada), requiring daily verbal and written communication in English with those customers
• This role will also involve travel for customer on-sites
