Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant II to partner with Account Executives in discovery, tailored solution design, and compelling demos that accelerate deals. You will translate Apollo’s platform into business value for multiple personas and tech environments.

In this role you’ll shape end-to-end solutions from discovery through onboarding, mentor teammates, and contribute to scalable GTM assets while driving adoption and success for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in presales or SaaS GTM environments.
• Experience collaborating with AEs to accelerate sales cycles.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and sales tools (CRM + automation).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical & business discovery to map ROI and buying criteria.
• Design and run POCs/ trials to validate business impact.
• Co-own complex deals with AEs and guide stakeholders through evaluation.
• Facilitate seamless handoff from pre-sale to post-sale teams.
• Advise on GTM strategy and surface insights for product roadmaps.
