Job summary

Responsive is looking for a Solutions Consultant to lead technical sales with a focus on Generative AI and agentic AI. You will partner with account teams to translate complex requirements into compelling business value, demos, and POCs.

You will design AI proofs, handle RAG strategies, and ensure governance, privacy, and model safety while advancing deals from discovery to close. Remote US-based role with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Master storyteller and value seller with MEDDPICC; connect depth to executive outcomes.
1–3 years of presales in enterprise SaaS; close complex deals.
Hands-on Generative AI & Agentic AI: prompting, RAG, orchestration, risk controls.
Proven ability to design and deliver tailored demos and POCs; define scope and success metrics.
Comfort with cloud/enterprise SaaS contexts (AWS/Azure/GCP; SOC/ISO; GDPR).
Collaborative, data-driven operator who tracks risks and acts with urgency.

Responsibilities

Win and orchestrate deals; define strategy with sales across new logos and expansions.
Design and deliver credible AI proofs; cover prompt strategies, RAG, agent workflows, and guardrails.
Scope POCs with clear criteria, timelines, and ROI; manage stakeholders and conversion.
Support sellers on expansion by diagnosing adoption gaps and articulating roadmap/AI value.
Collaborate with Product/PMM to influence roadmap based on enterprise evaluations.
