The Manager or Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns that bring Responsive product narratives and ICP priorities to market. This role turns Product Marketing and Content Marketing strategy into coordinated, measurable programs across paid media, outbound and ABM motions, email and customer nurture, webinars, podcasts, G2, and other owned and partner channels.

You will lead the Integrated Marketing team, including paid media and performance marketing contributors as well as customer communications and nurture programs. You will set campaign priorities, create clear cross-functional operating rhythms, and ensure every program has a cohesive audience, narrative, channel plan, and measurement framework. You will report to the Director of Growth & Monetization.

Essential Functions

Lead Integrated Campaign Strategy and Planning

Own the quarterly integrated campaign roadmap, aligned to product narratives, ICPs, market priorities, and pipeline goals

Translate positioning, launches, and content themes into campaign briefs that define the target audience, insight, message, offer, channel mix, customer journey, success metrics, and follow-up motion

Lead end-to-end campaign orchestration from planning through launch, optimization, and retrospective; ensure paid, owned, outbound, and field motions reinforce one another

Lead and Develop Integrated Marketing

Manage, mentor, and coach paid performance and lifecycle/customer communications contributors; build capability, accountability, and a high-performance team culture

Set clear priorities and decision rights across the team, balancing always-on programs with strategic launches and campaign experiments

Develop scalable planning, briefing, production, and campaign-review processes that improve speed, quality, and cross-functional visibility

Measurement, Insights, and Optimization

Own campaign performance reporting across engagement, pipeline, conversion, and efficiency metrics; turn results into recommendations that improve future investment and execution

Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Revenue Operations to establish trusted attribution, audience, and funnel reporting

Assess program risk, dependencies, and resourcing needs early; proactively resolve issues that could affect campaign quality, timing, or business impact

Build test-and-learn plans with clear hypotheses, measurement criteria, and decisions about what to scale, refine, or stop

Partner with ABM on core campaigns and targeted-account plays, ensuring account insights, personalization, and sales follow-up are integrated into campaign design

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Partner closely with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to carry product narratives consistently from strategy through activation and nurture

Work with Brand, Creative, Field and Events, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to coordinate complex, high-impact programs across teams

Act as a trusted advisor on campaign strategy, channel mix, and go-to-market execution, influencing functional decisions across marketing and adjacent teams

Represent Responsive thoughtfully in relevant external marketing communities, partners, or events when appropriate

Knowledge & Skills

An integrated marketer who can connect product narratives and ICP insight to a complete campaign and buyer journey

A strategic, data-informed leader with strong business acumen and the ability to balance pipeline impact, customer experience, and long-term brand demand

An advanced project and program manager who can lead complex initiatives with multiple teams, dependencies, and deadlines

Experienced in change management and in creating operating models that bring clarity, accountability, and momentum to cross-functional work

A clear, persuasive communicator with high-level presentation skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Skilled in risk assessment, prioritization, and resource management

A thoughtful people leader with effective mentoring and coaching skills who cultivates a positive, inclusive team culture

Comfortable working across paid media, lifecycle and email nurture, webinars, podcasts, review sites, and ABM collaboration; deep channel specialization is not required in every area

Qualifications

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including meaningful experience leading integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and nurture channels

2+ years of people leadership, team lead, or substantial program leadership experience; demonstrated success developing junior team members

B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
