Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our sales team. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by providing comprehensive and innovative technical solutions to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, designing and proposing solutions, and delivering compelling presentations to both technical and executive audiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a significant impact on the business.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers by understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sales industry.
  • Proven experience with secure file sharing, encryption, network security, and endpoint protection.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
