Job description

The Role: Imagine selling a solution that will predict for your customers (with an 85% accuracy) who is going to buy, what they’ll buy, and when. As a Solutions Consultant at 6sense, you’ll be an instrumental player in our growth, building on our success delivering predictions for enterprises like Dell, Thomson Reuters, Udemy, and Tableau. You will evangelize 6sense with a focus on both pre- and post-sales efforts.

Desired Traits:

  1. 4+ years of experience in a similar role (sales engineer, solutions consultant) with a broad technical background in B2B Marketing/Sales tech.
  2. Excellent communication skills—able to use customer language to clearly articulate the value of 6sense.
  3. Ability to partner with strategic sellers on account strategy, stakeholder management, and opportunity planning for large enterprises.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple strategic customers effectively.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with leaders and executives.
  6. Experience managing the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a customer-facing environment.
  7. Technical expertise in integrations across marketing and sales technology stacks (e.g., Adobe, Drift, Marketo, Eloqua, SalesLoft, Outreach).

Additional Qualities:

  1. Effective leadership and confidence in customer meetings.
  2. Experience developing executive engagement skills and building credibility at all levels.
  3. Experience developing and executing account plans across complex organizations.
  4. Passion for working in a dynamic, innovative environment where success is celebrated.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 4-6 years in a sales engineer or solutions consulting role.
  2. Strong knowledge of marketing and sales technology ecosystems, including analytics, content management, automation, and CRM.
  3. Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and engagement.
  4. Ability to articulate 6sense's capabilities to both marketing and sales audiences.
  5. Experience managing RFI/RFPs with tight deadlines.
  6. Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  7. Experience creating content and documentation.
  8. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  9. Strong presentation skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  1. Experience selling to Enterprise CMOs, VPs of Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Sales leaders.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Base Salary Range: $160,399.99 - $235,253.32. Actual salaries vary based on factors like location and experience. Compensation includes base salary, bonuses, commissions, stock options, and benefits such as health insurance, 401K matching, paid holidays, self-care days, and PTO.
