YOUR IMPACT
As a Solutions Consultant at OpenText, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations unlock the full potential of their information. You’ll work alongside sales teams to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how OpenText technologies can drive meaningful business outcomes. This is a customer-facing role ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and digital transformation.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Lead pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, solution presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solution strategies aligned with customer goals.
Translate business challenges into effective solutions using OpenText’s suite of products and services.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on a specific vertical of OpenText products
Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support proposal development, including RFP responses and solution scoping.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Services teams to ensure solution alignment and customer success.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture role.
Experience with AI-powered tools, analytics platforms, or enterprise software solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and core business processes is a plus.
Experience working with or alongside global consulting firms or systems integrators is advantageous.
