About this Opportunity:
Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company, is focused on providing cutting-edge workforce management solutions specifically for Contact Centers. They are a recognized leader, known for their innovative approach to planning, forecasting, scheduling, and automation for contact centers. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact.
About You:
- You have a track record of success in enterprise software sales, particularly in solutions that support contact centers or workforce optimization.
- You’re confident presenting to senior decision-makers and can clearly convey the business value of complex technologies.
- You’ve worked cross-functionally with sales teams, pre-sales engineers, and product leaders to build and close opportunities.
- You have a hands-on understanding of Workforce Management, and the challenges companies face when scaling operations.
- You’re comfortable with prospecting and building pipeline, identifying and creating opportunities, and have the ability to move deals through the pipeline, supporting Account Executives until negotiation stages.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with Account Executives and technical leads to jointly strategize and execute sales plans and close deals.
- Proactively engage prospective and existing customers to understand their workforce management needs.
- Hunting for new logo clients and building pipeline to reach a demanding quota.
- Deliver engaging presentations and use-case demonstrations to executive stakeholders.
- Influence the go-to-market strategy by sharing customer feedback with marketing and product teams.
- Position offerings in a competitive landscape, easily explaining the value proposition of the client’s products and solutions.
- Drive conversations that support pipeline growth and accelerate decision-making cycles.
What You Will Need:
- 3–10 years selling solutions into contact centers, preferably in a consultative or "hunter" role.
- Experience selling Workforce Management Solutions is essential to this role.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to manage executive-level discussions.
- A strong team player with the ability to manage a highly demanding role with a lot of push and pull from numerous sales colleagues.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to push back where needed whilst keeping good relationships across teams and departments.
