Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members.
• Interprets and applies changes to products; answers questions and advises on plan features.
• Maintains records of conversations and documents interactions to support relationship building.
• Complies with FINRA rules and company policies; escalates issues when needed.
