Solutions Architect / Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the CTO, Product Manager, Engineering Team, and other stakeholders.
2. Take a leading role in breaking down initiatives into epics aligned with the roadmap.
3. Contribute to the prioritization of tasks.
4. Demonstrate high-quality coding, conduct code reviews, mentor fellow engineers, and document best practices.
5. Design and co-create innovative software and system architectures that address real-world business challenges, empowering the team to collectively solve complex problems.
6. Constantly communicate with current and potential end-users and guide them through the technical integrations with the client's platform.
7. Balance hands-on work with the team and strategic and leadership responsibilities.
8. Contribute significantly to clients’ business goals with tailored software solutions.

Requirements:

1. Good knowledge of Python or equivalent expertise in another high-level programming language, with a willingness and ability to quickly learn Python.
2. Working knowledge of modern Front-End frameworks, ideally ReactJS.
3. Excellent leadership skills, ideally with experience leading medium to large Engineering teams.
4. Willingness to constantly learn on the job and take on new challenges.
5. Experience in software and system architecture.
6. Working knowledge of Cloud Computing (preferably AWS) and DevOps practices (infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
7. Good English (at least strong B2).
8. Experience with Data Engineering and Data Science will be a plus.
9. Experience with non-profits, understanding their business and challenges will be a plus.
10. Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts will be a plus.

Location and Team Collaboration

This is a full-time remote position, including hourly payment. You can work from your preferred location with occasional on-site collaboration at various offices, including Budva, Philadelphia, etc. Working hours are flexible but should overlap with our core locations in ET, CET, EET time zones.
