We are currently seeking a Product Manager, Deltek, to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize Deltek CostPoint usage.
2. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within the Deltek ERP ecosystem, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and engagement requirements.
3. Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve system capabilities.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement system improvements, support configuration, testing of updates, patches, and new features.
5. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring system functionality aligns with business goals; conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
6. Ensure system usage complies with internal controls, governance standards, and federal regulations; stay updated on accounting standards and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications :

1. At least seven years of recent experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP in a functional role, including familiarity with modules like CostPoint, Time and Expense, and reporting tools.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field; CPA certification is preferred.
3. Experience supporting professional services organizations, managing relationships with system owners or work streams, especially in federal engagements.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, including federal compliance (FAR, DFARS, etc.).
5. Legal authorization to work without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
