Qualifications

Job Description Solutions Architect – HubSpot Implementations & Integrations

1406 Consulting is a specialized HubSpot solutions provider, helping businesses maximize their use of HubSpot through expert implementations, custom integrations, and strategic consulting. We partner with clients to design and develop solutions that streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team in a role that combines pre-sales solution design and technical architecture with implementation team support. This role offers a competitive base salary with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses and commissions.

The role involves collaborating with the sales team to analyze complex customer requirements and craft tailored HubSpot implementation solutions, including custom software integrations using HubSpot’s API capabilities. It also includes providing guidance and technical oversight to internal implementation consultants and project teams to ensure successful execution of HubSpot solutions.

The expected split of activities is approximately 75% pre-sales and 25% implementation team support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pre-Sales Solution Design & Technical Architecture
  • Partner with sales to assess customer needs and design scalable HubSpot solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions to gather technical requirements.
  • Develop proposals, SOWs, and pricing estimates.
  • Architect integrations between HubSpot and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical expertise in pre-sales meetings.
  • Stay updated with HubSpot’s ecosystem and best practices.
  • Implementation Team Support
    • Act as a technical advisor and escalation point.
    • Mentor and support internal team members.
    • Assist in troubleshooting technical challenges.
    • Ensure proper execution of solution architecture during projects.
    • Contribute to internal process improvements.
    Required Skills & Experience
    • 5+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or professional services focused on HubSpot.
    • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
    • Experience with business requirements, solution design, and integrations using HubSpot APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and middleware.
    • Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving skills from design to implementation.
    • Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or Node.js is a plus.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and tools like Zapier, Workato, or Mulesoft is a plus.
    • Experience mentoring technical teams in a consulting environment.
    • Occasional travel may be required, with expenses reimbursed.
    Qualifications
    • HubSpot Solutions Architecture or Integration certifications.
    • Experience in client-facing sales or consulting roles.
    • Knowledge of data migration strategies and CRM optimization.

    The target compensation range is $95,000 to $150,000 annually (including bonuses), with a base salary of $85,000 to $110,000, plus benefits.
