JumpCloud is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive structured engagements migrating customers from legacy directories to JumpCloud. You will lead discovery, define milestones, and craft detailed adoption plans while guiding customers through complex architectural decisions and SCIM, SAML, and OIDC integrations.

You will partner with CSMs to accelerate platform usage, perform hands-on migrations, and collaborate with peers to deliver world-class solutions across diverse environments.

Formación

• 6+ years in SaaS or professional services or directory/implementation roles.
• Minimum 1 year in a technical JumpCloud role or equivalent.
• Strong technical expertise with a customer-facing position.
• Experience with AD, AzureAD, Okta and related directories is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Gain deep understanding of customer environments and business needs through discovery sessions.
• Define milestones for customer use of JumpCloud and articulate a plan to achieve them.
• Collaborate with CSM to drive adoption and progress toward usage targets.
• Provide technical guidance through complex architectural conversations from onboarding to integrations.
• Perform environment reviews to ensure best practices and identify improvements.
• Engage with large organizations on long-term engagements and communicate updates clearly.
• Execute migration/configuration tasks hands-on in customer environments when applicable.
• Document customer interactions and outcomes for stakeholders and knowledge base.
