Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to guide enterprise migrations from legacy identity architectures to JumpCloud's Open Directory Platform. You will lead complex IAM deployments, consolidate tooling, and drive time-to-value for customers across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.

You will act as a trusted technical authority, collaborating with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Product to define milestones, roadmaps, and deployment best practices while

Qualifications

• Enterprise identity architecture design and technical discovery facilitation for large-scale customer environments.
• Proven track record executing end‑to‑end directory migrations and integrations that enable automated JML functions.
• Deep technical implementation expertise in authentication and provisioning protocols (SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, JIT, RADIUS).
• Multi‑OS device management and policy deployment across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.

Responsibilities

• Act as a high-impact technical advisor empowering global organizations to modernize identity management and establish secure access architectures via JumpCloud's Open Directory Platform.
• Establish and own org-wide Subject Matter Expertise across enterprise IAM and complex Microsoft ecosystems, expanding leadership influence across GTM functions.
• Exercise autonomous ownership over complex enterprise deployments and collaborate with cross-functional leaders in a high-growth cloud identity company.
• Manage ongoing high-complexity enterprise engagements and contribute to internal processes, docs, and mentorship.
