Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions seeks a D365 Solution Architect to own end-to-end D365 Sales and Power Platform architecture for a remote contract position in the United States.

You will lead workshops, define integrations with ERP/finance systems, data migrations, security, and platform architecture, presenting technical roadmaps to stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams to successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven architecture ownership with at least 5 years hands-on responsibility.
• 8+ years' deep experience with Dynamics 365 Sales & CX (lead, opportunity, quote, order, forecasting).
• 5+ years as Solution/Technical Architect on enterprise-level implementations.
• Know when to use native features, low-code, or custom development.
• Experience architecting integrations with ERP/finance, data platforms, APIs, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end D365 Sales architecture from discovery through deployment.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Design platform integrations, data migration, security, and Power Platform architecture.
• Provide technical leadership across development, functional, data, and integration teams.
• Present technical recommendations and roadmaps to executives and stakeholders.
