You will translate complex business needs into robust architectures, collaborate with stakeholders, and help drive modernization through cloud-native solutions.

The role emphasizes mentoring developers, evaluating emerging technologies like AI and insurance tech, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise application and integration solutions.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns, system design principles, and cloud-based technologies.
• Ability to evaluate technology tradeoffs and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience creating solution architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and roadmaps.
• Experience facilitating design discussions and driving consensus with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect new applications, services, integrations, and technology solutions aligned with business needs.
• Translate architecture direction to development teams and act as a stakeholder throughout delivery.
• Support adoption of standards, patterns, and strategic technology direction.
• Research emerging technologies, including InsurTech and AI-enabled solutions, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into solution architectures and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability, scalability, and operations.
