Holmes Murphy seeks an IT Solutions Architect to join the West Des Moines IT team. You will design enterprise applications and integrations, translate architecture direction to delivery teams, and influence technology strategy across initiatives.

Responsibilities include collaborating with business partners and IT teams, guiding architectural choices, and driving maintainability and scalability improvements in cloud-based environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of information technology experience with 3+ years leading solution design and architecture activities.

Responsibilities

• Architect new applications, services, integrations, and technology solutions aligned with business needs and standards.
• Translate architecture direction for development teams and serve as architectural stakeholder throughout delivery.
• Review designs to ensure security, standards, and strategy alignment; guide teams to remove roadblocks.
