Job summary

OTAVA is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with Account Executives, understand customer requirements, and design end-to-end cloud, colocation, data protection, DR, storage, and networking solutions. You will present architectures leveraging VMware, Fortinet, Veeam, and Zerto.

You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and aligned with OTAVA best practices, delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions architecture or related pre-sales role.
• 6+ years in data center, cloud, hosted infra, or engineering.
• Experience designing cloud, hosted infra, backup and DR solutions.
• Experience with Veeam and Zerto.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to capture business requirements.
• Design end-to-end technology solutions using VMware, Fortinet, Zerto, and Veeam.
• Create technical designs, diagrams, and scopes of work.
• Provide technical leadership across the sales lifecycle.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and prospects.
• Partner with sales to address technical challenges and articulate value.
• Present architectures and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
• Support account executives with renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain current knowledge of OTAVA technologies and industry trends.
