Job summary

OTAVA LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with Account Executives, understand customer requirements, and design end-to-end solutions across cloud, colocation, data protection, DR, storage, and networking.

You will present architectures leveraging VMware, Fortinet, Veeam, and Zerto, collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams, and act as a trusted technical advisor to executives across the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar pre-sales technical role.
• 6+ years in data center, cloud, hosted infrastructure, technical support, engineering, or related technology roles.
• Experience designing cloud, hosted infrastructure, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Design and architect end-to-end technology solutions leveraging VMware, Fortinet, Zerto, Veeam, and OTAVA platforms.
• Develop detailed technical designs and documentation, including pre-sales architecture diagrams and scopes of work.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with OTAVA best practices.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and prospects with expert recommendations.
