Job summary

Unisys is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect in the United States to provide architecture consultation across the organization. The role collaborates with clients, Product Owners, Sales & Sales Excellence teams to align solution directions with business goals.

The candidate will lead large-scale initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and assess feasibility across economic, technical, and organizational dimensions. U.S. export rules apply and diversity is embraced.

Qualifications

• Enterprise level delivery and support experience in the Public Sector.
• Experience with licensing and permitting processes.
• Ability to formulate and communicate technology and solution roadmaps.
• Proficiency in low-code/no-code configuration and delivery.
• Salesforce experience (6–8 years) is required.
• Background with Clariti is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps.
• Experience coordinating onshore and offshore teams.

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Solutions Architecture consultation and advice Unisys-wide.
• Works with clients, Product Owners, Sales & Sales Excellence teams and other stakeholders to align the architectural direction of solution intent.
• Serves as lead on large‑scale solution and component development, engaging with cross‑functional leaders and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding, ongoing communication and alignment of outcome expectations.
• Conducts or leads studies to determine the economic, technical and organizational feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Works on applications and system problems that are highly complex and diverse in scope, require input from divergent cross‑functional teams and have potentially company‑wide impact.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Enterprise level delivery and support experience (7-9 years) in the Public Sector
• Specific experience in licensing and permitting process.
• Experience in formulating and communicating the technology and solution roadmap.
• Low code and no code configuration and delivery.
• 6-8 years SalesForce experience is required.
• Background with Clariti is a plus
• Knowledge of DevSecOps
• Experience with Onshore and Offshore team coordination and communication.
