Job summary

Unisys is seeking a role that provides leadership and guidance to the Client Delivery Executive team in delivering contracted services for clients in the United States. The role focuses on day-to-day client contact, coordinating with product and service teams, and ensuring successful service delivery and ongoing reviews.

The position emphasizes coaching, performance monitoring, and timely escalation to leadership while supporting revenue and client retention objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 0-2 years’ leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to assigned Client Delivery Executive team members.
• Guides team members through execution of Client Delivery Executive duties, including day-to-day client contact and interaction.
• Engages across internal product, service and related teams, and supports ongoing service reviews.
• Identifies and resolves issues, documents and reports, and supports revenue and retention success.
• Ensures team plans, implements and executes delivery of contracted services.
• Keeps leadership advised of potential problem areas and team achievements.
• Allocates work and monitors team performance with coaching and corrective feedback.
• Acts as first escalation point for issues raised by team members, customers or stakeholders.

What success looks like in this role:
