Job summary

Infobahn Softworld Inc is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect / Technical Consultant with strong customer-facing consulting experience across HRSD, LCO, or S2P domains. The role requires 8+ years of client-facing work and at least 2+ years on the ServiceNow platform, including Playbooks and integration capabilities.

Responsibilities include conducting architecture reviews, delivering domain advisory sessions, driving adoption, creating training content, and supporting customers through value

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing consulting experience.

• Ability to advise, coach, and mentor customers.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience creating customer-facing content, training, presentations, and webinars.
