About the opportunity

As a senior Solution Advisor at Dayforce, you will play a critical role in demonstrating how our technology solutions solve complex business challenges for mid-market, enterprise and large enterprise clients. SA’s are experienced professionals who act as trusted advisors, guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position requires agility, deep expertise, and a continuous learning mindset.

What you'll get to do

  1. Leadership & Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior Solution Advisors, leading teams, and driving knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  2. Enterprise Sales & Consulting: Proven success engaging executives, navigating complex sales cycles, and positioning Dayforce for enterprise digital transformation.
  3. Strategic & Financial Acumen: Understanding of ROI, cost-benefit analysis, market trends, and value-based selling strategies.
  4. Public Speaking & Thought Leadership: Contributes to blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and major events.
  5. Product & Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of at least three Dayforce domains, translating technical capabilities into business value.
  6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, implementation, customer success, and product teams.
  7. Industry & Global Experience: Understanding of industry regulations, global workforce complexities, and cross-border payroll compliance.
  8. Change Management & Enablement: Expertise in guiding customers through workforce transformation and technology adoption.

Skills and experience we value

  1. Bachelor’s or University degree/ Post graduate degree preferred.
  2. 7+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, account management, or solutions consulting.
  3. Experience in HCM/SaaS space either as a vendor or a customer.
  4. D2W (Demo2Win) Certification.
  5. SNP (Smart Nice People) Certifications.
  6. HCM-related industry certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PMP, CPP, FPC, CEBS, Six Sigma).
  7. Ongoing professional development through conferences, training, and certifications.
