Job Summary:
Belden is currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Solution Sales Manager- Energy, with proven capabilities and skill in navigating complex business relationships. The role will primarily focus on end-users (Power Utilities, TSOs, DSOs), system integrators, renewable energy contractors and other contractors in the Energy Industry. The Solution Sales Manager- Energy will be responsible for winning projects for Belden where the Belden proposition will be system-based solution designed to improve the customer's performance and their targeted business outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $130,000 - 160,000 annually, plus Sales Incentive Plan, benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
