As the new Solution Sales Engineer, you will collaborate closely with clients, engaging in solution selling and building technology roadmaps, while consulting them on their technology implementation, modernization, and migration strategies. You will efficiently utilize Crayon’s technologies and solutions to meet client needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively interact with clients to develop a relationship based on trust and credibility
  • Create detailed Statements of Work, to clearly define project deliverables, timelines, and costs
  • Design and maintain Profitability Worksheets, ensuring a successful outcome for projects while equally focusing on financial viability
  • Effectively identify and leverage sales opportunities within the Public Cloud solutions, focusing on Microsoft 365, M365 Co-Pilot, Azure, and AWS environments
  • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 integration, migration, and optimization strategies, meeting the objectives of our clients
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with architecture, consultation, and selling of professional services in Cloud, Modern Work, or Data and AI
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a technical or solution sales position, displaying successful outcomes
  • Technical acumen in either Cloud, M365, AWS, or Data & AI, accompanied by relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, or other related technologies
  • Extensive knowledge of on-premises environments, technologies, and common initiatives within the commercial space

  • Skilful in navigating negotiations and closing deals
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, harmonized with strong presentation abilities
