Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a full-time Solution Mixing Technician - LPN at our Bayside, NY office. The role requires precise preparation of allergen extracts under physician supervision, maintaining aseptic technique and accurate documentation for patient safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have an active LPN license, NCLEX-PN, and allergy/immunotherapy experience. Proficiency with EMR and MS Office is expected; flexibility to work weekdays and some Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an LPN program approved by the state Education Department and hold an active PN license.
• Allergy/immunotherapy lab experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare allergen extract mixtures accurately following recipes and protocols.
• Maintain aseptic technique and record lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Label, package, and store mixed extracts; assist inventory management.
• Train and assist in ongoing lab processes; support team as needed.

Under indirect supervision of a licensed physician, the technician will be responsible for the precise mixing of allergen extracts, strictly adhering to established protocols. This role is exclusively for the preparation of allergen extracts.Schedule: Full time, 30+ hours. Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
