We are seeking a Solution Consultant II to join our rock star Professional Services team focused on laying the foundation for clients’ successful

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in management consulting, asset management marketing, sales operations, or a related field.
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using Seismic capabilities.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Consult with the client to understand and document the business and content related problems.
Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide the client through the implementation of a Seismic solution that solves the problems.
Enable the organization for the change management required to drive successful outcomes.
Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs.
Assist with conducting on-site and virtual training with clients as necessary.
