Job summary

Seismic is hiring an Implementation Engineer to join Global Services. You will deliver customized client solutions using the Seismic Enablement Cloud, handling data automation, SSO, SMTP, and integrations.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years in technical consulting, implementation, or support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in technical consulting, implementation, or support roles.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client content, data, and requirements to design optimal solutions using Seismic’s platform.
• Advise clients on SSO and SMTP configurations based on user management and email options best practices.
• Write database queries to extract information from various databases using Seismic data automation best practices.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect to design technical solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead tier one service solution implementations such as Email Opt-Out Sync, Data Loader, and Marketo Activity Writeback.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Manage multiple client projects across different technical workstreams.
