Job Description

BridgeNet Solutions, a member of the PSA Group, has provided sourcing, analytics, and technology solutions to help customers achieve their strategic objectives since 2001. BridgeNet's customer base spans Fortune 500 and Global 2000, and with annual logistics spend under management of over $5.4 billion, is well positioned to support its customers' complex global supply chains.

3. Role Summary

The Logistics Supply Chain Integration Analyst leads and supports technical integration workstreams connecting both Client’s supplier base and Logistics Service Providers to BridgeNet's 4PL platform, enabling real-time data sharing across purchase orders, shipment bookings, advance ship notices, inventory positions, carrier status milestones, and compliance documentation. This role owns technical design, specification, development coordination, testing, and go-live validation across both supplier-side (ERP/portal, PO, ASN, GR, inventory) and LSP/carrier-side (EDI, API, flat-file connectivity with freight forwarders, NVOs, and carriers) integration workstreams. The Logistics Supply Chain Integration Analyst works in close coordination with the Integration Project Manager, who owns external partner scheduling, stakeholder accountability, and integration project execution, while this role retains technical design authority and go-live validation responsibility across all connections. This role is critical to establishing the multi-tier supply chain visibility and data connectivity that underpins the.

4. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver technical integrations connecting Client suppliers, LSPs, carriers, and freight forwarders to the BridgeNet 4PL platform, covering purchase orders, advance ship notices, inventory positions, shipment bookings, carrier status milestones, and compliance documentation.
  • Lead all integration workstreams — across supplier, LSP, carrier, and freight forwarder connections — owning specifications, development coordination, testing, and go-live validation for every assigned integration.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate partner contacts — Client procurement and SAP/ERP teams for supplier integrations; LSP, carrier, and BridgeNet technology teams for carrier integrations — to ensure data mapping accuracy, integration readiness, and on-schedule delivery, partnering with the Integration Project Manager on external scheduling and partner accountability.
  • Establish and maintain global integration design standards, developing reusable onboarding templates, connection patterns, and technical specifications that ensure consistency and scalability across all supplier and LSP/carrier integrations — from initial data feed configuration through successful delivery to the consumption layer — recognizing that supplier and carrier integration scopes may intersect on shared data elements, and escalating cross-functional integration conflicts to the Principal Solution Architect.
  • Select and support the appropriate connectivity method (portal, EDI, API, or flat-file) for each partner based on technical capability, ensuring broad participation and consistent data delivery standards across the full integration network.
  • Validate that all data feeds — from suppliers, LSPs, and carriers — meet the Control Tower's operational requirements for data quality, timeliness, completeness, and format compliance prior to activation, confirming successful delivery to the consumption layer before handoff to the Data Scientist for ongoing post-activation monitoring.
  • Document all integration specifications, test plans, results, and go-live checklists for audit and maintenance purposes.
  • Proactively identify and remove technical obstacles to integration delivery, escalating complex issues to the Principal Solution Architect.
  • Lead the technical connectivity component of supplier and carrier/LSP onboarding processes, ensuring all partners are transmitting accurate, validated data prior to activation; provide training guidance to supplier technical users as needed.
  • Coordinate with the LSP Manager for commercial, relationship, or network-priority context that affects integration sequencing or design decisions on carrier integrations.
