1NCE is seeking an AI-native Solution Architect to drive technical engagements for complex IoT and telecom-focused solutions. You will lead discovery, architecture design, and demonstrations, working with sales and partners to validate and implement solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, AI-enabled workflows, and effective communication with developers, product leaders, and executives. Remote work is possible with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; other languages a plus.
• Strong AI/GenAI knowledge with hands-on experience, including LLMs, AI agents, APIs, automation.
• Experience with IoT and connected products; exposure to smart home tech, sensors or embedded devices is a plus.
• Strong discovery and solution-design skills to uncover customer requirements and architect solutions.
• 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a customer-facing technical role.

Your mission

• You are a person who is fired up to be a key driver in a growing company that is on its way to change an industry

• You resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process
• You lead the technical journey for complex customer solutions, from discovery and architecture through demonstrations, technical validation, and implementation handoff.
• You build and conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops and due diligence studies
• You work closely with the field sales team and support in Go-To-Market activities, such as providing support to our partners from technical perspective
• You contribute to Marketing events such as industry/trade event participation and presentations
• You take responsibility for the knowledge transfer from Product to Sales

Your skills

• Fluency in spoken and written English are mandatory for this position. Additional language skills are preferred (especially Spanish)
• StrongAI/GenAI knowledge and hands-on experience, including LLMs, AI agents, APIs, automation, and the ability to rapidly prototype AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with IoT and connected products is a plus, including professional experience or hands-on experimentation with smart home technologies, sensors, embedded devices, or other connected solutions.
• Strongdiscovery and solution-design skills—able to uncover customer business and technical requirements, identify gaps, develop solution architectures, and lead technical workshops.
• 3+ years of experiencein Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, technical consulting, or another customer-facing technical role.
• Experience translating complex technology intobusiness outcomes and compelling customer value propositions, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers, architects, product leaders, and executives.
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task; work under pressure with geographically distributed teams
• You are proficient in presentations, written and verbal communication with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
• Knowledge of telecommunication is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely, and willing to travel as required
