Job summary

Black Financial Consult is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to translate business requirements into scalable CRM architectures. This is a remote position serving clients across the US.

You will lead solution architecture, guide implementation teams, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise CRM and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

8–15 years of enterprise technology consulting.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture experience.
Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Strong understanding of CRM transformation and business process automation.
Experience designing API-led integrations with third-party enterprise systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in remote, distributed consulting teams.

Responsibilities

Design scalable Salesforce solution architectures aligned with client business objectives.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture documentation.
Define system integrations using APIs and middleware solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants.
Review solution designs, configurations, and custom developments to ensure quality and scalability.
Support project planning, estimation, risk identification, and technical decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks.
Participate in client workshops, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations.

This is a remote position. The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
