Here at DXC Technology, we are expanding our SAP business across the UK and Europe. We are seeking an SAP ERP Solution Architect to join our growing team. If you are passionate about managing the full lifecycle of SAP projects—from initial sales to delivery—this role might be perfect for you. You will work with clients across various industries in the UK and Europe, applying your expertise to deliver value-driven SAP solutions.

As a virtual-first company, you will work primarily from home with minimal travel. Our focus is on three core growth drivers: People, Customers, and Operational Execution, which are the foundation of our business.

Opportunity Analysis

• Understand client requirements across stages like pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, and post-RfP.
• Validate opportunities by aligning client challenges, current technology architecture, and project scope with DXC’s capabilities.
• Translate client needs into actionable proposals that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Solution Architecture: Define and implement SAP solution strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct SAP Activate & Fit-to-Standard Workshops: Assess requirements, perform Fit-to-Standard analysis, and promote SAP best practices.
• Optimize Business Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to improve SAP-supported processes across modules like S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
• Engage Stakeholders: Work with business leaders and IT teams to design SAP solutions.
• Manage SAP Integration: Oversee interoperability with non-SAP applications within the enterprise architecture.
• Ensure Solution Governance & Compliance: Adhere to best practices, governance, and regulations.
• Support Projects: Lead SAP implementations, upgrades, and cloud initiatives such as RISE with SAP.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of SAP innovations and advise leadership on future strategies.
• Qualifications and Skills: Extensive SAP Solution Architect experience, especially in functional architecture and business process transformation; expertise in SAP S/4HANA and modules like FICO, MM, SD, etc.; hands-on with SAP Activate and Agile methodologies; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
