Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of end-to-end functional solutions in SAP transformation programs. This critical role involves working closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design scalable, integrated SAP solutions that drive business value, align with best practices, and foster innovation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, strong business acumen, and excellent customer engagement skills, making them an integral part of our transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Design & Business Process Alignment

• Collaborate with business leaders to align their objectives with SAP S/4HANA’s functional capabilities, reimagining and optimizing processes to leverage SAP’s standard best practices.
• Use business process intelligence tools to assess, redesign, and streamline workflows, ensuring they align with SAP’s intelligent process models.

Process Optimization & Transformation

• Utilize tools like SAP Signavio and IBIS for process mining to identify areas for improvement, build transformation roadmaps, and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Advocate for minimal customization by promoting standard SAP solutions, thereby reducing technical debt and future-proofing the IT landscape.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Design adaptable solutions that meet dynamic business needs and evaluate deployment models such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition, and Public Cloud to recommend the most suitable approach for each client.
• Consolidate complex legacy systems and streamline disparate processes into a unified RISE with SAP environment.

Advanced SAP Capabilities & Innovation

• Leverage advanced SAP functionalities, including SAP BTP, SAP Fiori UX, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Develop and present business cases, highlighting cost savings and long-term benefits of transitioning to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

• Build strong relationships with clients, effectively managing expectations, addressing challenges, and driving transformation goals.
• Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration between functional and technical solutions.
• Provide leadership across all SAP functional domains (FI/CO, MM, WM/EWM, SD, PP/QM, PS, PM, HCM) to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery.

Governance & Best Practices

• Establish and enforce best practices for SAP functional processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in maintaining consistent methodologies, templates, and knowledge-sharing frameworks.

Knowledge Transfer & Documentation

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configurations, and business processes.
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients, ensuring the smooth adoption of solutions.

Continuous Improvement & Industry Trends

• Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and industry trends.
• Proactively propose enhancements and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs and maintain a competitive edge.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP functional roles, with substantial expertise in solution architecture and SAP transformation programs.
• Proven track record of delivering successful SAP solutions to enterprise clients in customer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting a Centre of Excellence (CoE) or similar governance function within an SAP environment.

Technical Expertise

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM/WM/EWM, SD, PP/QM, PS, PM, HCM).
• Strong familiarity with SAP Signavio, IBIS, and other business process intelligence tools.
• Expertise in advanced SAP capabilities such as SAP BTP, SAP Fiori UX, and RPA.

Certifications

• SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) are highly desirable.
