Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the strategic design of innovative infrastructure-based solutions (Data Center, Digital Workspace, Networking, and Mobility) by leveraging deep knowledge of the evolving technology landscape and maximizing internal WWT capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and crafting tailored recommendations that drive value and foster long-term partnerships.
- Champion the integration of WWT's diverse portfolio of offerings, promoting cross-business services to enrich client engagements and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with WWT account teams to align sales and support efforts, driving cohesive engagement strategies.
- Build productive solution development teams, supporting the growth and development of junior team members.
- Support the evaluation of project scope, value assessments, and build plans for execution.
- Identify, assess, and support solution design for defined client business problems.
- Conduct technology assessments and develop technology strategies for future business needs.
- Assist in project planning and resource management during execution.
- Define and quantify the value of transformations, including measuring success and developing business cases and strategies.
- Support thought leadership in Solution Services capabilities.
- Present proposed solutions internally and to clients effectively.
- Work with OEMs and partners to develop end-to-end solutions.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure positive outcomes for WWT and its clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in system architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in a professional service environment focused on customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery; leadership experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in the telecommunications/IT industry, with experience in creating, defining, selling, or delivering large-scale technology services for carriers and service providers.
- Proven track record in creating and closing opportunities in infrastructure solutions (Data Center, Digital Workspace, Networking, and Mobility).
- Network technology background is desirable.
- Expertise in financial modeling, including CAPEX/OPEX calculations for infrastructure proposals.
- Strong questioning skills to understand business problems and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all management levels.
- Ability to multitask and support tasks across multiple user groups in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills in group settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and business visualization tools.
