Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the strategic design of innovative infrastructure solutions (Data Center, Digital Workspace, Networking, and Mobility) by leveraging deep knowledge of the evolving technology landscape and maximizing internal WWT capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and crafting tailored recommendations to drive value and foster long-term partnerships.
• Champion the integration of WWT's diverse portfolio, promoting cross-business services to enrich client engagements and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with WWT account teams to align sales and support efforts, ensuring cohesive engagement strategies.
• Build and lead solution development teams, supporting junior members' growth and development.
• Support project scope evaluation, value assessments, and build plans for execution.
• Identify, assess, and support solution design for defined client business problems within your area of responsibility.
• Conduct technology assessments and develop technology strategies to support future business needs.
• Assist in project planning and execution, including resource management.
• Define and quantify the value of transformations, including success metrics, business case, and strategy.
• Contribute to thought leadership within the Solution Services capability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in system architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery; leadership experience preferred.
• 3 years of experience serving large US-based commercial organizations or enterprises, preferably in financial sectors.
• Proven track record in creating and closing opportunities in infrastructure solutions (Data Center, Digital Workspace, Networking, Mobility).
• Background focused on Network technology is preferred.
• Expertise in financial modeling, including CAPEX/OPEX calculations for infrastructure proposals.
• Strong questioning skills to understand business problems and measurement objectives.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills across all management levels.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, supporting testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Creative problem-solving skills in group settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
