Job summary

NIRA Dynamics Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to join our growing U.S. team in Detroit. You will be the primary technical contact, translating customer needs into architectures and bridging customer success with product development.

Role includes onboarding, design of solutions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel to customer sites is possible, including North America and some international events, in a fast-paced, agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in road infrastructure, road asset management, pavement management, or transportation systems.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through onboarding, use-case analysis, solution design, training, and ongoing guidance on our products, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solution architectures and manage related commercial administration.
• Keep customers informed about the product roadmap, new features, and best practices.
• Streamline deliveries and reduce manual work to continuously improve customer processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Scientists in an agile environment.
