Job summary

GenXAI seeks an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to design, implement and optimize complex Anaplan models across FP&A, S&OP, workforce and sales planning. You will lead PoCs, blueprint reviews, and data modeling efforts aligned with client performance management goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide Agile teams, and ensure ALM practices, UX/workflows, and data integration are embedded in solutions. Remote-friendly with on-site/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing complex Anaplan models.
• Ability to conceive and develop PoC models and advise on blueprints.

GenXAI is looking for an or an experienced Anaplan professionals having strong analytical skills, a technical and problem-solving mind with proven track record of designing and implementing complex models on Anaplan. As a Solution Architect you would be expected to understand client’s business performance management processes. You would be expected to conceive and develop proof of conceptmodels, advise on business blueprint documents, efficiently design data models encompassing business requirements in most optimized ways.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Proficient in designing, developing, testing, supporting and deploying of Anaplan Business Planning Models.
• Ability to define Connected Planning and Design data lake in accordance with same, further design proper tight data integration process which is easy to manage and update.
• Well versed with all the latest concepts in Anaplan such as Workflow, Optimizer, PlanIQ, New UX, ALM, PLANUAL 2.0.
• Strong understanding of comprehensively capturing and documenting customer needs and business strategy and processes.
• Ability to deal with stakeholders, highlight the concerns upfront, accurately estimate timelines for project delivery and manage resource efficiently .
• Ability to run daily/weekly stand ups and monthly steercos independently and showcase client value delivered as well as future possible roadmap for Connected planning.
• Experience in Agile Development Process.
• Ability to comprehensively document user stories and create supporting visuals.
• Proficient with The Anaplan Way and well versed with all commonly used syntax and functionalities of Anaplan to build and support complex Anaplan models.
• Ability to design UI, dashboards, actions, and workflow..
• Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan.
• Performing ALM (Application lifecycle Management) between two models.
• Designing and developing of testing and maintenance procedures and activities.
• Create and keep software documentation up to date.
• Ability to adapt to multiple use cases such as FP&A, S&OP, Workforce Planning, Sales & Quota Planning, ICM and Project Planning.
• Must have successfully managed customer facing role for at least in 2 greenfield implementations.
• Ability to perform Project Management role and to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Ability to build COE and Generate more value to customers and identify opportunities.
• Anaplan Solution Architect Certification. Master Anaplanner Certification will be strong value add.
• B. E. / B.Tech / M. Sc. / MCA / Chartered Accountant.
• MBA in Finance / MBA in Operations will be a plus.
• Well versed with advanced MS Excel skills (deep knowledge of formulas, creating automated data frameworks using formulas, power query etc.).
• Foundational Knowledge on Financial, Supply Chain or Sales Planning.
• 4-8 years of Anaplan Experience. Successful completion of 5 end to end Anaplan implementations will be a plus.
