Job summary

HeartCentrix Solutions is seeking an experienced Anaplan Architect to lead design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise Anaplan solutions. You’ll be the technical lead for Anaplan initiatives, working with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, HR, and executives to turn business needs into scalable planning models.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Anaplan architecture and model-building experience, solid business knowledge, and experience connecting Anaplan

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise application implementation experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experience.
• 3+ years of Anaplan architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of EPM/CPM and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Anaplan solutions.
• Build scalable, high-performing Anaplan models following best practices.
• Design and manage Data Hubs and ALM strategies.
• Gather business requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
• Work with Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and Operations teams to improve planning processes.
• Optimize models, calculations, performance, and user experience.
• Design security roles, access controls, and governance standards.
• Build dashboards and planning experiences using Anaplan UX.
• Develop integrations using Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, REST APIs, ETL tools.
• Connect Anaplan with ERP/CRM/HRIS/BI systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior model builders.

We’re looking for an experienced Anaplan Architect to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise Anaplan solutions.

In this role, you’ll be the technical lead for Anaplan initiatives, working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, HR, and executive stakeholders. You’ll turn business needs into scalable planning solutions that improve forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and overall decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Anaplan architecture and model-building experience, solid business knowledge, and experience connecting Anaplan with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, and data warehouses.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Anaplan solutions
• Build scalable, high-performing Anaplan models following best practices
• Design and manage Data Hubs and ALM strategies
• Gather business requirements and turn them into technical solutions
• Work with Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and Operations teams to improve planning processes
• Optimize models, calculations, performance, and overall user experience
• Design security roles, selective access, Dynamic Cell Access, and governance standards
• Build dashboards, reports, and planning experiences using Anaplan UX
• Develop integrations using Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, REST APIs, ETL tools, and middleware
• Connect Anaplan with ERP, CRM, HRIS, BI, and other enterprise systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, demand planning, and scenario modeling
• Establish development standards, documentation, and governance processes
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior Anaplan model builders
• Support testing, production deployments, release management, and ongoing enhancements
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify opportunities to improve platform performance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of enterprise application implementation experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experience
• 3+ years of Anaplan architecture experience
• Strong experience building complex Anaplan models
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Anaplan implementations
• Strong understanding of EPM/CPM
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and business leaders
