Brief Description

The successful Solution Architect candidate will have a strong technical foundation enhanced by a clear devotion to serving and satisfying customers in a consultative approach. This position is a core member of the worldwide Customer Success Org, which is tasked with customer onboarding, including implementation, integrations, and technical advisory. The Solution Architect provides end-to-end technical relationship management for our customers. Team members also work closely with each other and cross-functionally with internal DTEX teams.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the technical engagement for high-value and complex customer accounts.
• Serves as the primary technical advisor during onboarding, implementation, and steady-state operations.
• Uses a systematic approach to design and validate technical solutions that align with customer objectives.
• Transforms complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Serves as the primary technical advisor for assigned accounts and provides strategic technical guidance and best practices.
• Drives proactive maintenance, data tuning, and upgrade planning.
• Coordinates with engineering for complex technical challenges.
• Contributes to technical community building initiatives.
• Has experience in security, operations, project, or account management.
• Helps mentor junior technical team members.

Qualifications:

• US citizen based in the US.
• 7+ years of customer-facing experience in security, operations, technical account management, or project management roles.
• Strong post-sales experience required.
• Advanced project management capabilities.
• Experience in enterprise architecture and solution design.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management skills and strong sense of urgency.
• Security domain knowledge.
• BS/MS degree preferred.
