About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Azure Solution Architect to join one of our clients in the technology sector. This role focuses on designing and governing scalable, secure, serverless Azure-based ecosystems. You will work closely with engineering teams to implement best practices, mentor developers, and drive architectural excellence using a modern tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect serverless, event-driven systems on Microsoft Azure
• Define and maintain reference architecture for microservices and integration patterns
• Lead the design and development of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or Bicep
• Champion DevOps culture through CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Harness
• Develop high-quality Azure Functions in C#, Node.js, or Python
• Implement security, compliance, and monitoring best practices across Azure environments
• Optimize APIs and cloud systems for performance, scalability, and resilience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise with Azure serverless components (Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Event Grid, Key Vault)
• Strong background in infrastructure automation using Terraform or Bicep
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Harness
• Proficiency in event-driven architecture, including Kafka or Event Hub
• Security-first mindset with experience implementing enterprise-grade controls
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-305 or AZ-400 are highly preferred
• Strong communication and team mentoring abilities
