A renowned consultancy is looking to hire a Solution Architect specializing in banking and financial services to join their team. You will understand and translate customer needs and business imperatives into effective business, organizational, and technological solutions through analysis, design, and development of best practice business changes.

Key responsibilities of the Solution Architect include :

1. Create solutions for sales opportunities with leading banks and large regional banks.
2. Lead a team supporting banks and financial services with best practice business changes.
3. Develop a deep understanding of GTM strategy for practice offerings across process improvement, efficiency enhancement, analytics, intelligent automation, and roadmap assessment.
4. Lead medium to large-scale RFPs and proposals.

Requirements of the Solution Architect include :

1. Bachelor's degree is required.
2. 7+ years of management consulting or equivalent banking industry experience in a reputed institution.
3. Deep functional knowledge of the banking industry.
4. Preferably, candidates should have worked for a bank for at least 3-5 years.
5. Previous consulting and sales experience is preferred.
6. Hands-on experience in various banking sub-domains such as payments, cards, retail banking, transaction banking, wealth management, and capital markets.

This is a remote position. The team offers a salary range of $180,000 – $210,000 for the right candidate, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
